Leadership

In 2005, Stephanie Cox left teaching and went into the hospitality industry. Stephanie’s previous experience in education enhanced her ability to establish relationships, understand her client’s needs and provide them with a comprehensive project plan. As a result of her unique approach to business and her drive to always think and operate outside the box, she quickly became a leader in consulting, sourcing and purchasing.

Today, Stephanie leads Innovative Design & Procurement. Within the first six months of opening, Innovative was awarded 6 new projects ranging from a limited-service hotel to the development of a new extended stay brand.

Stephanie is driven by a true instinct for hotel design and operates as an advocate for her clients. She uses her experience, insight and negotiation skills to meet or ultimately exceed her client’s expectations and desired profitability.
